Project Details

The Lucknow Lofts are in a historic building in downtown Seattle adjacent to a waterfall park.  The owner and I discussed a variety of logos that might incorporate a water element, large windows, brick facade, and other architectural features.  Ultimately, her favorite design was a rendering of the original stone sign at the top of the fourth floor of the building, fabricated in 1900.  The border and the font choice are identical replicas of that stone sign.

The business cards are two-sided, with the back side having a reflection of the logo, as though seen through a window.  I also designed letterhead and the sign that hangs out front with contact information.
